At Blue October Shop, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
